Title: Account Manager, FMCG (tobacco)
Reporting to: Account Director
Target Profile of a Candidate:
Personal:
• Ukrainian citizen or foreigner with valid work permit
• 23-30 y.o. , Male/Female
• Team player, but able to work independently on given projects
• Organized and self-disciplined
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Able and keen to learn, hardworking, pro-active
Education and Previous experience:
• Must: Higher education
• Must: Minimum 1 year with International Advertising Agency in Client Service or brand marketing on the client side
• Preferable: Language and Technical skills: experience with luxury goods or services
• English – Fluent, Russian/Ukrainian - Native;
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Internet, Info searching & monitoring skills

Main roles and responsibilities:
Client service:
• Manage one of the most successful tobacco brands from creative and client service sides, i.e. knows the business, category trends and opportunities, monitors and predicts competitive activities
• Generate effective and innovative proposals for ATL and BTL on assigned brand(s)
Project management:
• Plan and coordinate assigned projects (internal job assignments, creative briefs) according to approved project objectives and timing;
• Coordinate inter-departmental information and tasks to conclude the assigned projects (Client Service, Production, Creative, Media, and Finance).
• Preparation of information requests and reports (meeting, status and activity reports, competitive monitoring etc.);
• Select and coordinate 3rd party suppliers;
Creative judgment:
• Interpret Client brief and prepare an aspiring internal briefing document/session which will stimulate Creative Talents to develop unique brand communication ideas that will generate sales
• Evaluate whether creative work and proposals are in accordance with the brief, in line with the Brand Template and Strategy, delivers on uniqueness, and can generate increased sales
Agency Profitability
• Obtain/prepare cost estimates and control budget and project profitability;
• Initiate invoices and ensure timely payment with little supervision.
