HEAD OF PDI (vehicles Pre-Delivery Inspection) CENTER :

Responsibilities:
• PDI Team creation and development (performance review, target setting);
• Hiring of staff
• Create PDI process and Standard Operating Procedures
• Contributes to PDI process document;
• Ensure damage claims are paid by reconciling with the manufacturer’s and carrier’s statements of account;
• Country business plan;
• Review/Approve of service facility design;
• Planning of equipment and software upgrades;
• Reporting;
• Supervision of PDI, vehicles repair and Body shop.

Requirements to Candidates:
• Higher (technical) education;
• At least 3 year experience in Aftersales;
• Good knowledge of English and Ukrainian (oral and written);
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
• Responsibility;
• Ability to overcome objections;
• High organizational skills;
• Ability to convince;
• Persistence in achieving goals;
• Ability to manage and motivate people;
• Good reporting skills.

Knowledge:
• PDI process;
• Mechanical Repairs;
• Body repairs;
• International vehicle transportation standards;
