• Very good understanding of Company business
• Very good understanding of Company processes and systems relating to Quality (especially for areas responsible for)
• Ability to conduct basic training for ISO 9000, CMM
• Ability to organize registration, assessment, maintenance
• Ability to understand current issues and expectations and to align the team with them
• Specialized knowledge and leadership potential in the area of Quality
• Presentation skills
• Knowledge of best practices in Quality Management, especially in the software industry

• Chalk out plans to meet functional goals, including exploring options like outsourcing.
• Proactively bring about changes/ improvements in the functioning of the QMS/ other quality-related activities.
• Serve as a nodal contact point for the organization.
• People leadership for the team.
• Plan for and manage resources allocated to the area of work being handled.
