Title: Promotion Executive

Personal:
• Ukrainian citizen or foreigner with valid work permit
• 20 - 27 y.o. , Male/Female

• Organized and self-disciplined
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability and strive to learn, hardworking, proactive
Education and Previous experience:
• Must: Higher education
• Must: Minimum 1 year with Advertising Agency in Client Service
Language and Technical skills:
• English – Upper intermediate, Russian/Ukrainian - Native;
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
• Internet, Info searching & monitoring skills
Main roles and responsibilities:
Client service:
• Manage Client business from creative and consultancy sides, i.e. knows business, category trends and opportunities, monitors and predicts competitive activities
• Generate effective and innovative ideas for ATL and BTL on assigned brand(s)
Project management:
• Day-to-day communication with the Client and Client’s partners;
• Strong monitoring (audit) of creative materials re. Brand Identity;
• Project timings: Prepare project timings and ensure deadlines are met, schedule internal and external briefings;
• Plan and coordinate assigned projects (internal job assignments, briefing) according to approved Project timings;
• Select and Coordinate 3rd party suppliers
• Coordinate inter-departmental info and task exchange to fulfil the assigned projects (Production, Creative, Media, and Finance);
• Preparation of information requests and Reports (meeting, status, activity reports, competitive monitoring etc.);
• Obtain/draw up cost estimates and control budget and profitability;
• Initiate invoicing and ensure timely payments with little supervision;

Creative judgment:
• Able to generate effective and innovative ideas (including BTL)
• Able to evaluate whether creative work / mechanics is in accordance with the brief
