Title: New Business Director, BTL
Reporting to: Managing Director Grey group / Head of Business G2
Target Profile of a Candidate:
Personal:
• Ukrainian citizen or foreigner with valid work permit
• 25-35 y.o. , Male/Female
• Team player, but able to work independently on given projects
• Self motivation and goal orientation –you thrive on exceeding objectives and goals
• Entrepreneurial
• Exceptional communication & presentation skills
• Able and keen to learn, hardworking, pro-active
• After-hours isn’t sacred: if something needs to be done –you’ll do it. If you won’t, this isn’t for you.
• Numerous business contacts
Education and Previous experience:
• Must: Higher education
• Must: Minimum 2-3 years with BTL / Advertising Agency in managerial positions or big FMCG in Trade Marketing
Language and Technical skills:
• English – Fluent, Russian/Ukrainian - Native;
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Internet, Info searching & monitoring skills
Main roles and responsibilities:
New business:
• Identify key target customers and work closely with them to articulate the benefits and advantages of company services
• Prospect, develop relationships, and win business to generate profitable sales with new and existing accounts
• Manage new business pitches from the initial stages of a pitch to distributing materials after the pitch is completed
Project management – Current client:
• Based on approved by Client project objectives, timing and budget, plan and coordinate assigned projects (internal job assignments);
• Work Closely with Field Force Manager at the Agency, in order to ensure that all assigned activities are prepared in line with Project Procedures, and conducted at exceptional execution level
• Ensure a high level, analytical Post Activity Report and recommendations
• Coordinate inter-departmental tasks to conclude the assigned projects (Production, Creative, Finance).
• Select and coordinate 3rd party suppliers;
Creative judgment:
• Interpret Client brief and prepare an aspiring internal briefing document/session which will stimulate Creative Talents to develop unique brand communication ideas that will generate sales
Agency Profitability
• Obtain/prepare cost estimates and control budget and project profitability;
• Initiate invoices and ensure timely payment with little supervision.
