Specialist to Business Valuation Group

We are looking for an entry to mid-level professionals who are ready to work and grow with us in a challenging environment.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• involvment in business valuation projects

Requirements

For mid-level specialist:

• Finance, Economics, or Accounting Degree;
• up to 1 year of professional experience in business valuation or related field is needed;
• basic knowledge of international business valuation methods and techniques;
• proved practical knowledge of the Discounted Cash Flow model;
• financial modeling skills;
• financial analysis and industry research skills;
• advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills;
• excellent analytical, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills;
• fluent English.

For entry level specialist:

• Finance, Economics, or Accounting Degree;
• basic understanding of the business valuation field
• professional experience in business valuation is desirable, but not required;
• solid theoretical knowledge of the Discounted Cash Flow model is needed;
• basic financial modeling skills;
• basic financial analysis and industry research skills;
• advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills;
• excellent analytical, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills;
• fluent English.
