Responsibilities:
• privatization advisory;
• corporate finance advisory (Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate sale, Joint Ventures, etc.);
• company valuation;
• industrial restructuring and general strategic advice;
• project finance, concession and public-private partnership (BOT/BOO);
• structured finance, fund raising, debt advisory;
• IPO preparation;
• financial diplomacy with multilaterals, rating agencies, central banks, etc.

Candidate Requirements:
• education in business, economics or finance – at least at BS level, graduate level or MBA is preferred;
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, M&A or equity research in consulting or i-bank. Strong industry sector experience may be acceptable depending on candidate skills;
• knowledge of corporate finance;
• international business experience;
• excellent communications, people and client skills. Strong written/verbal communications;
• fluent English and / or other languages;
• project management experience.
