JUNIOR HR COORDINATOR

Main responsibilities:
• graduate recruitment
• graduate selection and assessment
• drafting employment contracts
• maintaining recruitment databases
• HR administrative tasks

Candidates for this position meet the following requirements:
• university degree (background in Psychology or Linguistics)
• HR or administrative services related experience is a plus
• fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian both written and verbal
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• PC literate (MS Office)
• team-player, able to work overtime and under pressure
• able to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
• flexible, able to deal with more than one project simultaneously
• good organizational skills
• punctual, attentive to details
